Financial Customer Service
The Financial Customer Service Officer is the officer in charge of ensuring the implementation and compliance with the policies and procedures established by ASSA, as well as compliance with the regulations in force of the National Banking and Insurance Commission (CNBS), and that support the Financial Customer Service System.
What steps should I follow to file a claim with ASSA Insurance Company?
- Request the claim form (which consists of an original and 2 copies) at our branches, fill them out and present them to the Financial Customer Service Officer.
- The Financial User Service Officer will receive said documentation and will verify that they are correctly completed and will give the Financial User the 2 copies with acknowledgement of receipt.
- The Financial Customer Service Officer will analyze and resolve the claims within a maximum period of 10 working days from the receipt of the claim, and must communicate the response in writing.
