Professional Liability Insurance

With this type of insurance, the Company undertakes to indemnify the Insured or third parties, as the case may be, for the pecuniary damages arising from the Professional Civil Liability incurred by the Insured as a consequence of negligent acts (including gross negligence), inexperience, errors or omissions in the exercise of the profession.
